Tzara Tristana is op dit moment hoofd van de opleiding Fiction Direction aan Den Danske Filmskole (National Film School of Denmark). Zij heeft een Noors-Nederlandse achtergrond en studeerde filmproductie aan de London International Film School en filmregie aan de National Film School of Denmark.
